Cold rolling mills reduce the thickness of materials by rolling them between rollers. Most of the mills roll coiled stock, but some do plates or sheets. Hancock Engineering utilizes the latest in servo-hydraulic techniques for fast acting precision rolling mills. These machines come in many configurations. 'Two Highs' have two rollers. 'Four Highs' have four rollers and large back-up rollers, which support two smaller work rolls.
Typical Rolling Mills:
- 2 HI
- 2 HI Reversing
- 3 HI With Baby Roll
- 4 HI
- 4 HI Reversing
